Yarn is sourced to each buyer's requirements for hand-feel and GSM.

Knitting
Sourced yarn is knitted into the exact fabric structure the product needs.

Dyeing
Fabric is dyed to the buyer's colour standard using AZO-free, eco-friendly dyes on computerised soft-flow machines.

Compacting
Compacting
After a shrinkage test, fabric is compacted to the right diameter and length, so it stays stable and easy to cut.

Washing
Fabric is washed before cutting to prevent shrinkage in the finished garment and achieve the required hand-feel; multiple wash types are available.

Cutting
Fabric is precision-cut into panels on our IMA (Italy) automatic cutter and spreader.

Stitching
Cut panels are assembled into the finished garment.

Quality Check
Every garment is inspected. We have zero tolerance for low quality.

Ironing
Garments are pressed and prepared for packing.

Final Inspection
A final audit before dispatch catches anything missed.

Dispatch
Finished goods are shipped via the nearest seaport or airport to the buyer.
Our goods undergo quality checks at dock entry and exit, and our customs experts clear shipments quickly so cargo arrives on time and in the right condition.
